Scentsfaction is a fragrance house based in Karachi, running since 2021. We source oils from France, Turkey and China and test in small batches. Twelve have made it into the current edit. That isn't the limit of what we can make—it's the part we're willing to put our name on.
Sprays, attars, bulk oils, gift sets. For someone buying one bottle, and for brands buying by the kilo. Orders go through WhatsApp, because what you pay depends on format, quantity, and whether you're buying a perfume or building a brand.
THE PERSON BEHIND IT
I'm Mustafa. I started Scentsfaction in 2021, while I was still in university.
There was no shop and no budget. After class I'd go home, change, put testers in my bag and walk into offices, hotels, tuck shops—anywhere with people. Ask them to smell something. Ask them to be honest.
By the end of that first year I had about a hundred customers. Not one-time buyers. People who still order every month, five years later.
I lost money before I understood how any of this worked—pricing, stock, what to reorder, what to drop. Nobody taught me that. The customers did, usually by telling me what wasn't good enough. I took the bad feedback as seriously as the good. It's the only reason the range got better.
In 2023 the first order came from outside Karachi. Then Instagram. Then customers across Pakistan sending bottles to family in Dubai, the UK, the US and Canada—a hundred at a time.
Today I handle all of it myself. Sourcing, stock, shipping, orders, support, and helping other people launch their own fragrance brands.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You may return a product within 15 days of delivery if it doesn't suit your preference.
Opened or used bottles — 50% of the product value is refunded, as the product can no longer be resold as new.
Delivery charges are not refundable, and return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp within 15 days with your order details.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are generally delivered within 7 days.
Delivery charges depend on the weight of the order and are calculated at the time of confirmation. Any adjustment or discount will be reflected in your final invoice.
For international orders, message us on WhatsApp.
PAYMENT TERMS
50% advance is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is payable once you receive your parcel.
Payment is accepted via online transfer.
PRIVACY POLICY
Scentsfaction may collect customer information such as name, phone number, email address, and delivery address, along with any other details you choose to share through WhatsApp, our website, or other channels. This includes location information you voluntarily share for delivery purposes.
We use this information only to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, and improve our service. We do not sell customer information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties except where necessary to fulfil an order—for example, with our courier.
